Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Delta AI ("we", "our", or "us") at https://app.delta-ai.dev. By using our service, you agree to these Terms.
Credits and Billing
- Delta AI runs are billed in credits. Before an agent run starts, we place a hold on your balance for an estimated number of credits based on the scope of the work.
- This estimate is best effort only. It is not a guarantee of the final cost. Actual usage can be higher or lower than the estimate depending on the complexity of the request and the work actually performed.
- Because the estimate is best effort, an agent run may still be started even in cases where its actual cost ends up exceeding your available balance, which can cause your account balance to go into a deficit (a negative balance).
Account Deficits and Settlement
- If your account balance goes into deficit, we will notify you by email as soon as this is detected, including the amount owed.
- We will automatically attempt to settle the deficit using your payment method on file over a short grace period. If settlement succeeds, your balance is brought back to zero and no further action is required from you.
- If automatic settlement cannot be completed (for example, because your payment method is declined or unavailable), we will generate an invoice for the outstanding amount and email it to you. Payment of that invoice is required to bring your account back into good standing.
- By using Delta AI, you acknowledge and accept that credit estimates are approximate, that deficits can occur as a result, and that you are responsible for settling any outstanding balance, whether automatically charged or invoiced.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Delta AI only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for the content of the projects and requests you submit to the service.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Delta AI after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
